๐ Short version: AdMirror does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. Everything stays on your device. We don't have servers that store your browsing activity.
1. Who We Are
AdMirror ("the Extension") is developed and maintained by Outreach Marketing Agency, based in Lahore, Pakistan. Contact: innotechskillsi@gmail.com
2. What Data We Collect
AdMirror collects the following data, stored locally on your device only using Chrome's built-in storage API:
- Scan history โ the brand names you search for, stored locally so you can re-scan easily
- Saved ads (Swipe File) โ ads you manually save, stored locally on your device
- Settings โ your preferences (WhatsApp number for alerts, notification settings), stored locally
- Scan count โ a daily counter to enforce free plan limits, stored locally and reset each day
- License key โ if you purchase a plan, your license key is stored locally to verify your subscription
None of this data is transmitted to our servers or any third party.
3. What Data We Do NOT Collect
- Your browsing history or the websites you visit
- Your Facebook, TikTok, Google, or any other account credentials
- Your personal information (name, email, phone) unless you voluntarily enter it in settings
- Your IP address or location
- Any analytics or usage tracking
- Cookies or fingerprinting data
4. How the Extension Works
When you use AdMirror to scan a competitor:
- The extension makes requests to publicly available ad library pages (Facebook Ad Library, TikTok Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency Center, etc.) โ the same pages anyone can visit in a browser
- These requests are made using your existing browser session, not through our servers
- For Facebook ad fetching, requests may be routed through our Cloudflare Worker proxy (adspy-meta-proxy.innotechskillsi.workers.dev) solely to protect our API credentials โ this proxy does not log or store any user data
- Results are displayed in the extension popup and optionally saved locally to your device
5. Third-Party Services
AdMirror integrates with the following third-party services:
- Meta Ad Library (facebook.com/ads/library) โ public ad data, subject to Meta's Privacy Policy
- TikTok Ad Library (library.tiktok.com) โ public ad data, subject to TikTok's Privacy Policy
- Google Ads Transparency Center (adstransparency.google.com) โ public ad data, subject to Google's Privacy Policy
- Snapchat Ad Library (snap.com) โ public ad data, subject to Snap's Privacy Policy
- LinkedIn Ad Library (linkedin.com/ad-library) โ public ad data, subject to LinkedIn's Privacy Policy
- ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) โ payment processing for Pro subscriptions. Subject to ExtensionPay's Privacy Policy. We receive only your subscription status, not payment details.
- CallMeBot โ optional WhatsApp alerts. Only used if you enter your WhatsApp number in settings. Subject to CallMeBot's terms.
- Cloudflare Workers โ used as a secure proxy for API credential protection. No user data is logged.
6. Permissions Explained
AdMirror requests the following Chrome permissions and here is why:
- activeTab โ to detect the current website domain so we can auto-search for that brand's ads
- storage โ to save your settings, swipe file, and scan history locally on your device
- tabs โ to open ad library pages and ad creative links in new tabs
- downloads โ to save ad images and videos to your computer when you click Download
- notifications โ to alert you when a competitor launches a new ad (Watchlist feature)
- alarms โ to schedule periodic competitor checks (every 6 hours) in the background
- Host permissions (https://*) โ to inject the AdSpy toolbar into ad library pages (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, LinkedIn) so Download/Copy/Save buttons appear on each ad card
7. Data Retention
All data stored by AdMirror lives in your Chrome browser's local storage. You can clear it at any time by:
- Using the "Clear All" buttons within the extension (Swipe File โ Clear All, History โ Clear All)
- Uninstalling the extension (all data is permanently deleted)
- Clearing Chrome's extension data in chrome://settings/siteData
8. Children's Privacy
AdMirror is designed for professional marketers and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Summary: We built AdMirror as a tool for ourselves at our agency. Your data is yours. We don't want it, we don't collect it, and we never will sell it. The extension is a tool, not a data business.
